Ordered private transfer from sharm airport. Herded to car eay away with cases along with what seemed hundreds of others. No taxis available to pick us up. Waited 75 minutes in dark and cold. Rep disappeared. Other holiday maker had to chase after him not allowing him to go without getting manager. Everyone had gone except three couples. Many had paid another twenty pounds with other company. When manager and one taxi arrived gentleman insisted he would not leave until we were safe. Two females alone in a foreign country in a dark and cold car park. Never again will we use them.
