THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT TO t n t BUT TO ME IT IS VERY IMPORTANT . MY HOSPITAL DIAGNOSED CANCER THEY WERE BRILLIANT , THEY SAW ME ON NOVEMBER 26th , TOLD ME IT WAS URGENT , AND THEY WOULD OPERATE BEFORE CHRISTMAS .

THEY SENT OUT THREE , THREE !!! APPOINTMENT LETTERS . I NEVER RECEIVED ONE .
I PHONED THE HOSPITAL LAST MONDAY TO INQUIRE WHEN THE OPERATION WAS TO BE . I WAS TOLD "YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPERATED ON EARLIER THIS MORNING " .

NEEDLESS TO SAY I MISSED THE OPERATION .

WHERE DO YOU GO TO COMPLAIN TO t n t ??? .

TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY , LOOK ON LINE , SEE WHAT THEIR POSTIES ARE DOING WITH OUR MAIL .
