“Avoid!!!”

I placed my order on 25th november ( early xmas shopping). 4 weeks later i still haven't received it! I called after 1 week and was told by the Entertainer my parcel is already at the shop waiting for collection. I went to the shop - no parcel. I ring the call centre again - they say it will be delivered the following day. I call the following day - they say the parcel was lost and they will send a replacement. Ok, i give them another week or so. I'm told parcel is with the courier and i should wait for an email. Ok, no mail for a few days. I call again - courrier doesn't have the address of the shop where it is to be delivered! Call centre said they fixed it and courrier now has the address and parcel wil be there the following day. I ring to check if it's there. Call centre say they have no record of my call the day before and they contact the courier again. For whatever reason they can't deliver to the shop and want to deliver to my house. I had a missed delivery today as was at work. I rang the call centre to see if they could pay the courier for a set time delivery as they had been messing me around for so long - duty manager at the Entertainer refuses and tells me to complain via email. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
