I apparently gave the "wrong card details" so they "apparently" sent the £90 I was asking for to someone else's account. I asked for proof of the phone conversation in which I gave the wrong details and they sent me this dodgy file that corrupted my computer and wouldn't send me anything else (sounded like they didn't want me to hear the conversation would you believe???) Long story short I told them I wouldn't pay for something I haven't received so then got all the threatening emails with ridiculous charges, a threat of my details been given to debt collectors in between more threats. I have wasted about 10 hours this week trying to listen to this dodgy file they have sent, numerous emails back and forth, phone calls where I had to hang up as I just didn't have anymore time to be on hold (spent £13 thus far phoning them). I've reluctantly decided to pay the money as I know £90 quickly turns into £900 with these type of companies and I don't want it playing on my mind over xmas. The times I have spoke to someone or got emails back its just full of attitude and threats, they basically told me that I'm lucky that they are not adding charges on whilst I try to get the money to pay!! I can't express how angry I am. Please do not use these, avoid them like the plague. It's December and I have had the most stressful week of my year so far all over a £90 loan for 5 days, and now I'm just £90 out of pockets, plus phone call charges, and all the hours wasted I could have spent with my kids. Just steer clear please.....
