A salesman visited and went through everything with me. Gave me a quote saying it was truly the bottom line
However, after some "umming and ah'ing" by myself, their sales team called me to say that due to a cancellation of a large corporate order, they could fit me in in January and give me an extra £1,000 off for the inconvenience of the short notice - bottom line.... really??. After a few days of deciding, I succumbed to the deal and I was promised colour samples to be sent to me with a follow up call. I received the colour samples late and had no follow up call to arrange a new measurement and booking in for installation. After days later I decided to cancel it. I called and, after giving my postcode, was told Iwould be called back in 5 minutes. 3 1/2 hours later I decided to call them back. I tried 4 times and had no answer despite the phone riniging for at least a minute each time. Called another number who said they would pass on my message and get them to call me back. I have cancelled my finance and am still waiting for them to call me back.
