“Two orders - two non receipt of goods.”

I placed an order on 7/12/14 even though I had a bad experience last time I tried to shop with this company. I received no notification of delay and when I telephoned customer services I was told goods would not be dispatched in time for Christmas. Yesterday I was notified that all the lower priced articles were out of stock and no mention was made of the 2 Calvin Klein fragrances also ordered. Last time I ordered Shalimar and after weeks of waiting it too was out of stock. I fear this will happen again and meanwhile TJ Hughes has an interest free loan of more than £50.00 from a disabled customer. I also found their website incredibly slow - slowest of all sites I have ever used and I shop a lot on line.
