At least once a year I have to do something with my domains / hosting / DNS or some other technical piece that I have no interest in learning enough to become competent at.
Domain Monster consistently bail me out when I break stuff. They have always been prompt, polite and more than willing to just fix the problem rather than point me at some FAQ where I would have to try and figure it out myself (and probably break it more).
I'm sure they are training me to be a lazy customer, but it is a pleasure to be a customer (not something one says about most corporates) and I regularly recommend them to other people purely on the basis of their customer service.
I hope they keep up this level of service and don't lower themselves to the standards of their competitors.
