“Poor customer service”

I tried to book a flight on the website where I had a promotional code that I qualified for. The code did not work. I contacted the service center and they told me that flight was a hundred more dollars than the website and that I would not be able to book that flight for that price. I however, did. I did not receive my code and was disappointed in the false information given to me by the help desk.
