I was offered the Stemologica and Beautemer products as a prize for filling a survey from a big UK supermarket chain (I rather prefer not to say their name as it is a different business) and according to what I was explained I only have to pay 3.95GBP/each to pay for the delivery of the sample and that is all the charges they mentioned. I feel like a real fool for falling under this trick as they charge you 97.95GBP for each product "after" the 14 day cooling period. I saw the charge in my account on the day 14 and I contact them to specify I did not want any product and that I could return all the samples untouched. However, day 14 is too late and the only thing I could get it was a miserable 30GBP refund for each one...Unfortunately, my bank cannot do anything either as I authorised the payment with the delivery charges. Anyway, I just want to share my experience and alert everyone about these two companies. I know it was all my fault for not reading the small icon at the very bottom of their website with the terms and conditions so lesson learnt. Also, thanks that I look around the website and found the automatic subscription and was able to deactivate it before it was too late and they start charging me every month. Definitely the most expensive creams I've bought...I hope they are at least good ones...
