“What a muddle”

Seemed easy. Ordered on Internet 8th December appointment to fit on 18th at specific time and place. When I got there the garage said they are never told details of customer or appointment times by mytyres. The two tyres however were there in goods in but then I was told that they had no facilities for fitting run flat tyres. So we had to get another garage to agree to fit them, I signed the paperwork saying they were fitted I and drove off with the new tyres in the boot suspecting it wouldnt end well. The new garage fitted them well and invoiced the mytyres garage partner who undoubtedly made a loss. Why be a partner if paperwork, assessment of the fitter and liaison is so poor.

And the sting in the tail? The price I paid mytyres was 40p, yes 40 pence, less than the garage who fitted them would have charged. And I wouldn't have wasted 40 minutes sorting it out. Never again.
