“Good service with room for improvement”

I was pleased to find a company that would allow me to modify the inside of my caravan and still insure it at a very reasonable cost. Communication by telephone was very good, with people who related to me as a fellow human! This is a rare and memorable occurrence these days and I won't forget it.

There is room for improvement with written communications, as I received this request for a review by email, but I did not receive a confirmation for my renewal payment by email. I am away travelling, so that would have been useful and make sense in context with "thank you for your recent purchase" in the request for a review.

I would also recommend that they use a professional editor and proofreader, as there are several errors in the review request which could be easily addressed.

In all, thanks, and keep it going!
