I have had nothng but hassle from the minute this company contacted me about a non-fault insurance repair. It took 12 working days to replace a bumper and 2 brackets and when I checked it the bumper didn't fit properly. When I queried this I was told that was because it was a non-genuine part! When I have a car repaired I expect it to be done properly whether or not it is an insurance claim. I think it is very devious to put on non-standard parts without mentioning that to the car owner. I would have no hesitation in NOT recommending you to anyone and wish I had gone through my own insurers.
The communication has been appalling and I have been told when chasing up my car that they were waiting for the bumper when I had been told 2 days earlier that the bumper had arrived. Your online tracking system is a great idea if it is actually updated. It was still showing 3rd December on the 8th!
All in all a very unsatisfactory and stressful experience.My accident was at the end of October and the situation still hasn't been resolved satisfactorily nearly 2 months later.
