I booked a transfer pick up from the airport to the hotel with lowcost and was extremely disappointed. We arrived at the teneriffe airport having no idea wher to get the pick up from, nobody to meet us or indicate where to go. Eventually after making several enquires with different agents we found the desk for which related to our pick up. The company is called Urbis. I was given I leaflet which was blank no bus number or collection point details in the spaces required.We was then told to wait outside the entrance and given no idea of when the pick up would be, after 20 mins a Spanish lady with very limited grasp of English ask our name and said we was not on her list. After another 15mins I approached the lady again and looking down her list noticed our name, having now concluded we was at the correct pick up point we enquires to how much longer would the pick up be, she just waived her hands, other people were there longer than us. We was not told any information whatsoever. After 50 mins the bus arrived and we was squeezed on the driving was very irrational and far too fast, but at least we got to our hotel. On leaving the hotel after our holiday the pick up was 15 mins late with no apologise or explanation and we was the first hotel to pick up from....on the whole I was very dissapointed With the transfer as this was irratic, badley organised and very late. I strongly advise people to pay a little extra and get a taxi for which are plentyfull.
