“Sorry you were misled, send it all back and we will...”

Wanted some calendars with no "supplier" logos on. Could not be sure what marks Photobox include and so contacted them on their "support" online Chat. The response was an unequivocal "our calendars do not have our logos on". With this assurance I ordered a batch. Could not believe it when they arrived with massive logos on the back. I immediately contacted customer service sending them a copy of the original chat. The response was that they did include a logo and there was no way to remove it so the previous agent must have interpreted that as there being no logo. Seriously?! The explanation ended with I can understand why you would want unbranded calendars for your business and sorry you were misled we can't print without the logo on. However We have a no quibble money back guarantee so if you send them all back we will then issue a refund"

Great, so I am now probably too late to order non branded replacements from elsewhere, another trip to post office and a wait for the refund". Eventually they said they will give a pretty paltry partial refund (not even enough to cover the cost of one calendar!) and will now have the task of trying to remove the branding or source express replacement products. Product looks ok, but P&P is completely out of order and customer service simply does not exist. They simply don't care.

If you want a average quality product with large supplier advertising on, pay through the nose to have it sent to you (are they serious about their P&P rates!), and don't care if the customer service don't care, then go ahead and use them. I want a supplier I can trust and who deals with mistakes properly when they happen, so I will not be using them again.
