“Amazing operation, great service”

Cargiant is a huge car supermarket. It takes up a whole industrial estate. You think it's going to be hell - but it's not. No-one put any pressure on me to buy anything I didn't want, or at a price I didn't want to pay. Every single person I met was helpful and friendly, checking I was ok and whether I needed any help. The whole process runs incredibly smoothly from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave with your new car. The only thing I didn't like was the concerted effort to sell me additional services (extra insurance, valeting etc), but even that was done with a smile. Everything else works like a dream - and so far, I'm thrilled with the car too.
