“Shambolic”

My visit to the Tescos store in Sunderland. I found everything about the visit frustrating. The entrance to park your car is a route march, when i entered the store via the escalator could not find a trolley and was told they were down stairs,the store is too big but that seems to be the mistake most of the big stores suffer from, and I do think it is a case of getting people in and containing them,this certainly caters for women it is a form of entrapment.
When you make the comparison of Lidl and Aldi they have made shopping not just cheaper but more enjoyable, everything about them is simple. You park your car and pick up your trolley with the minimum of fuss and you do your shopping efficiently, this is due to most things are in line of sight and easily obtained. Their success story will continue where as the British main stores are doomed and you have no one to blame but yourselves.
I have also found the staff in Lidl and Aldi better and very efficient.This is probably due to the way the store is managed and its simple layout.
