popped into the norwich shop two weeks before Cristmas for a personalized prezzy. briefly described what I needed & paid. I was a little anxious after paying up front (a bit more expensive than i'd hoped). thet called me an hour & a half later saying the item was ready!
the item far exceeded my expectation as did the waiting time!
very impressed indeed.
