“Terrible after sales service”

After receiving my sofas I was upset to find the fabric used was terrible and was not acceptable.The sofa in store was much better than the sofa delivered to me. After many phone calls and e-mails nobody has bothered to come out and look at it. This company have no idea of after sales service and I would tell everyone not to place orders with Sofaworks. I intend to take mine to the furniture ombudsman.
