Bad Points
I find that it takes ages to answer the phone.
They require specialists to fill in claim forms, but in my experience, they expect you to pay if the specialist charges for this service.
General Comments You get the feeling that WPA just look for reasons, excuses to avoid paying out, even though I still pay 25% of the claim anyway.
Despite the fact I telephoned on numerous occasions to check that my policy covered a cortisone injection and was told on every occasion it did, when the claim was sent in, WPA Health Insurance didn't pay out, and no reason was given which means more telephone calls and waiting stacked for somebody to answer, each time somebody different..to find out why it wasn't paid.
