“Appalling customer service”

Goods didn't arrive on time so the personalised gift arrived after the birthday it was purchased for. This despite an assurance that there was a 48 hour turn around. When I phoned customer service, the man was rude and unhelpful. There was a further 24 hour wait for a managers call back. The owner of the company didnt respond to my email.
Never, never use this company.
The website states that th company customer service is award winning but interestingly doesn't give details of the award or who awarded it. In my experience some f he worst customer service I've experienced.
The company should be hones about delivery dates.
