“Very accommodating and helpful”

I initially complained to Posh Eyes as I thought my contact lenses had not been delivered at my work, whilst it was actually reception that had not let me know.

Posh Eyes were extremely helpful. They delivered a second pair at my work, and since I thought I had not received anything after that second try, they suggested to deliver at my home address.

Thank you and sorry for the hassle Posh Eyes, that was a remarkable customer service.
