We reserved rented a car in Mendoza, waited 3 days to be confirmed. Finely we have received a formal confirmation. When we came to receive there was no car, Localiza rented ALL cars they had. We had to rent at Avis two small cars, in very poor state and the cheapest. Total cost was higher. We have lost a reserved tour an a lot of time.
RentaCars has not offer apologies nor any compensation for our misfortune.
Just a " we will refund yuur credit card integrally. Well, this is obvious.
But, comercially, we are desapointed by the total lack of empathy, by the cold and unfriendly service.
