“Unbeleivably poor communication! DO NOT BUY FROM IWOOT!”

Made an order with IWOOT.
8 days ago they told me the package was despatched. The courier still says that it is "Awaiting collection" from IWOOT.
I now have emailed them four times to find out where it is and they just say It is a busy period and wait for your parcel. Should it need to sit in a warehouse for over a week before being sent? I cannot get any sense out of these guys and you can only communicate with them via a form on their website. They reply, but do not give you any useful information.
JUST DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - particularly if you want something for a set date!
I gave them one star as I could not give less.
