Customer service were great I must have called over 5 times to see when I would get the tickets to check they were real ect... The customer service advisors kept reassuring me they were fine to use but I had never used etickets & with them saying they would not refund travel or hotel costs I was really scared but everything was perfect got into the event fine & had an amazing time at the jingle bell bal.
