Ordered a product in early December at what I thought was a very good price. Was told it had been dispatched and would arrive by 9th. It hasn't; I've complained. I could see from the tracking that their courier hadn't even picked it up. I pointed this out. Customer service said it had been sent and I could only complain 2 weeks later...So a month basically to wait to figure out if your item is ever going to turn up. NOW here is what makes me really angry and why I will simply not shop from them again. They have been getting another review site to REMOVE any negative reviews. And that site has actually complied with them. What is the point of writing reviews when clearly the negative ones get erased? And how many "positive" reviews are actually written by them?
