Where do I start? I joined the gym over 1 year ago the biggest mistake of my life anyway I started at the Castleford branch and it was that poorly run I went over to Wakefield which was not any better. The Castleford branch was very run down and the cleanliness was shocking although the Maintenance team or cleaners what ever they call them was always to be seen but doing what I do not no? The assistant manager was very rude she told me when asked her why the class was not been taken she explained that it had been clashed with a dance class. I would love to name and shame but unfortunately she did not have a name badge on or even a uniform all I know is she had red hair with very promenade eye lashes I then decided to go to the Wakefield one where I found was more welcoming but again the facilities was as limited as castleford I then visited a virtual spin class in Leeds and well, you wouldn't even think it was in the same chain/company the facilities was so in better condition and the equipment was clean and tidy. The reason for this review is I tryed to cancel my membership after my 12 month contract had ended and now I have been passed to a third party called harlannd why am I getting my credit affected because of a £9.99 gym member ship that I have completed my 12 month contract with?
