“RUBBISH SERVICE, RUBBISH DELIVERY, NEVER AGAIN!!”

Ordered an item on line, received and email confirming the order, followed immediately by another saying I hadn't completed, so I went back in and completed, then received another mail confirming order ( two different order no's? ), I emailed them ( as no one answers the phone ), to explain and say " don't send me two, I only ordered one". The first response email said, sorry but they have both been dispatched, the next response email said " refuse one of the deliveries, and it will be returned to us for credit".
Two days later, even though we were indoors, I opened the front door to find a package dumped on the doorstep, the box was open and guess -- yes two of the items in one box, and they had charged me for both and carriage for both. Back to emailing customer service ( no phone calls answered ), eventually they sent me a returns label, but - on reading the email it said that the maximum size of the parcel must not exceed 50cm x 30cm, and the size of our package was ......60cm x 50cm, another email to customer services ( not sure they can call it that, more DISservice ), and hey ho, I get a repeat of the first response --" if you wish to return it ".... etc etc. More phone calls, more waiting, again no answer, more emails, and still waiting for a reply!!!
I got so fed up wasting time and energy, that I posted the spare item on a buy and sell site, and sold it in ten minutes ( at a loss , but hassle free ).
Unless you want hassle do NOT use these people, read all the other reviews. Their customer service is abysmal, their delivery method is rubbish.
Needless to say, they are now off my favourites bar, and I will NOT be using them again.
