the organization has obviously overstretched itself. Lovely advent calendar. Impossible to open it. I sent ten, of those only five people were able to open it. I, myself, had to buy a totally new Windows 7 computer before it would install. Last year I had no trouble, neither did any of my friends. Now I have five unwanted, unable to open gift calendars on my "order page" and cannot get administration to refund my money. I have had lengthy correspondence with the J.L. computer people, they just kept repeating unhelpful instructions which they had been told over and over did not work. So far they have refunded me $2. I have given up any hope of getting back the rest of my money.
When my "membership" runs out, I will no longer be dealing with Jacquie Lawson. I have forwarded all the agonized and furious messages from my friends as they struggled to open the Advent calendar.
They need to completely rework their IT section. What a pity, they had a very good thing going there for a while.
