Have been trying for a month to get a response to an issue I have with the bank. They have ignored three letters and five emails and simply do not care at all. All I get back is the standard email promising to contact me within five days but they simply do not respond. I will be moving my accounts to another bank asap. I recommend you avoid Lloyds - I have never experienced customer service quite as bad as this!
