When my car had paint chucked over every surface (lovely area I used to live in) I thought it would be a write-off as it was an expensive fix but Admiral had the car put in to a local auto centre who did a fab job with the respray.
Communication was good and service was very prompt, with car to use in the meantime so I could carry on with work as normal.
Also had to claim for a windscreen crack. Both times there was no hassle at all in claiming and no claims bonus was protected in the first claim and unaffected by the 2nd.
Website is easy to use, so much better than paper docs.
Customer service team, never have to wait in a queue and chaps are always a pleasure to speak with.
I renewed with them again this year despite them being a bit more expensive as I'd rather have the peace of mind of great service.
