Hi All

I wear contacts and seemed to have gotten one stuck in the top of my eye, i had gone to Vision express to help me perhaps, but they had rejected me as i am not their customer and offered to book me in for an appointment, i had offered money yet they seem to want to still book me in and register me (probably want to plunder more money out of me). The refused to look at my eye and help in any way. There is no sense of courtesy in this place unless you offer them business. Don't think this is common as i have been to other opticians before and they spend time with you without even being a customer offer expert advise and referrals. Yet this place really didn't give a damn. Called up the eye hospital and they even said " why don't you want in to your local" and when i had explained they were even shocked with their poor lack of help. Its a shame as it looked like a really nice place.

do not go to this place were they wont help you.

They don't deserve it
