“Amazing service”

I have used dial a flight twice know and they have been an amazing company to deal with. They answer the phone extremly quick never left hanging on.The lady whom I dealt with the second time was just fabulous I told her exactly what flights I wanted and didn't try and push anything else on me. Even down to reserving a window seat for me, nothing was any trouble. When asked about my seat she advised me to call back at the beginning of November but out of the blue I received an email to say that she had done the seats that's what I call a personal service.

I'm hoping to go back to New York with my daughters next year so, to the lady I dealt with,  if we do I will definitely contact you next year.

Would I use dial a flight again yes and I have recommended to my friends.
