“Book direct with cruise line where possible”

We misunderstood that there were no cabins left on a cruise aboard the Marco Polo. Iglucruise however still had some so they were able to book us 2 cabins. We then discovered Cruise and Maritime had plenty of cabins in the grade we requested. I tried to change cabins via Iglucruise and also Cruiseandmaritime but could not as we had booked with Iglucruse as our agent. We got the lowest deck which are the worst cabins even though there were actually plenty left to choose from if we had gone direct to Cruiseandmaritime. I suspect Iglucruise only get the dregs to sell. I'd rather book through the cruise line in future and won't be using Iglucruise again. Very disappointed.
