“Where to start!? Firstly, they charge £30 for an eye...”

Where to start!?

Firstly, they charge £30 for an eye test! Tescos and Specsavers are free (with a voucher required for Specsavers).

When I had my eyes tested, I was told I needed a prescription for reading and it would cost £99 for lenses plus the cost of frames, so around £150.

I decided to go to Tescos for a second opinion as it was free. Tescos told me I have near perfect eyesight, and I don't need a prescription!!! While I was there I realised I could get an equivalent pair of glasses to the ones Scrivens 'prescribed' for around £50.
