I have just placed an order with River Island on line I haven moved address since my previous order I changed my billing and delivery address to my new details this was confirmed when I checked out the billing address was correct however the delivery address reverted to my old address. I rang customer services straight away, and informed them, asked them to deliver to the correct address, no was the reply, I asked to cancel the order No again. I asked for a solution to their error. the response was, there is nothing we can do. I really really can't understand why they are not prepared to rectify mistakes. The customer service person has put a request in for a manager to call me. I am so cross I certainly would not of placed an order had I been aware that River Island are not prepared to rectify errors.
