“Simply brilliant from day one”

I have a cat who has suffered with bladder problems and asthma since 1 year old. The initial bill was over £1000 for his bladder operations and he is now on inhalers for his asthma and 4 lots of medication daily for his bladder.

Claiming couldn't be any simpler. I order the medication with my vets and when I pick it up and drop the claim form off at the vet with it marked to pay them direct. Never had a problem, all payments are made promptly and never been refused.

We had one incident when a larger number of boxes of tablets was put on the insurance by the vets. The vet worked directly with Animal Friends to remove the items and I didn't have any problems with my claim total going over.

Couldn't ask for any more from my insurance company and despite the number of claims my monthly payment hasn't gone up much at all. I have been with other insurance companies for other pets but would use these again if I need to.
