I ordered a pair of boots which were covered in glue on delivery. I informed Office by email and sent them back via the requested collect plus route and after waiting a week for a replacement I contacted Office Customer Services to be told that they had never received them back- despite having a tracker number. It has now taken several emails to them to say that I want a replacement as I had requested initially. They don't seem to read that part of the email and keep asking me if I want a refund or replacement. The problem is that there are different people answering your emails each time and these can be days or hours apart. They never read what I or their previous colleague have written. I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered. I will never use this site again- but am currently in returns no mans land- they have had my money for nearly two weeks and I have no boots with no solution in sight.
