“Avoid this company like the Plague ”

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a pair of Boots from Out of the City because I would have never purchased anything from them if I had. I ordered a pair of Ariat Boots on their website 27th November 2014 and they were supposed to be next day delivery. They took payment of £180 immediately.

Two weeks later and still no sign of these boots which were supposed to be a Birthday present for my Wife. I have emailed then twice and I have rung and spoke to people on several phone calls and no reply at all to emails and on the phone I have been told they will look into it and get back to me which they have not done yet at all. They stated they were very busy and when I told them I had been waiting 2 weeks for a next day delivery order they didnt even seem bothered by it or apologetic.

I do alot of internet shopping online and have always had great service and no reason to complain, but Out of this City are so awful I thought it appropriate to write a review so others dont get the same awful service that I have got and still no boots as yet!

Avoid like the Plague !
