I never got to the work point! Twice they arranged appointments and twice these were cancelled at 7pm the evening before they were due to come. This was after I had called the relevant phone number to check whether the surveyor would be coming the next day. Not good customer care at all! When I received the last call about the cancellation, I expressed my displeasure and that I would write to the head office and the relevant government departments. I then received another call offering me an appointment on the following Tuesday 'when our surveyor will be in the area'. Why did they book my appointment if the surveyor wouldn't be in the area?
