“Waste of time and money! ”

I really am not impressed with the experiences that I've had at The Crop Shop. One of the times that I went there, they cut my hair and one side of my hair must've been about 3 inches longer than the other! The worst experience that I had with this "hairdresser" was today. I went to The Crop Shop to get some layers put into my hair. I went in and told the hairdresser what I wanted who then sent me upstairs to have my hair washed. It was all fine until I went back downstairs and the hair dresser whilst brushing my hair said "Sorry, but you have quite a few eggs in your hair". I panicked and felt so embarrassed! She couldn't do anything with my hair so I had to sit under the heater to dry my hair a little which did no good what so ever. I then immediately went to the chemist on the way home to get head lice treatment. I went home and followed all of the steps that I had to follow for the head lice treatment before them combing through my hair with the comb that comes with the kit. I found NOTHING! I found no head lice what so ever. Turns out that those white bits that were in my hair was just dandruff! Dandruff! Surely a trained hairdresser should know the difference between head lice eggs and dandruff?! I phoned The Crop Shop and got handed over to the manager who was nothing but RUDE. No manners, no apology, nothing! I will never be coming back to The Crop Shop again!
