“Too many emails”

Quick at processing although had daily emails asking where the device was yet hadn't received the sales package.

Gave a much lower price for a faulty item compared to rival companies.

Always had perfect service with working phones hence I used Envirophone again but I wouldn't used for broken phones.

Process is quick and easy to set up the sale and the packaging is easy to use.

Easy to track process online when sending phone to Envirophone. Not so easy to track a phone that is being returned to me after rejecting the price.
