“Toll Gate's food is TERRIBLE!!!”

I've been on a few pubs of this chain. No complains. I moved to live in Turnpike Lane. The food at the Wetherspoons (Toll Gate)there is just horrible. I've eaten a few time, just to give it another chance but it only got worse. I had an overcooked salmon and 3 other friends complained about the beef. They've got it wrong even with a lousy badly washed "Freedom salad".
Something must be very wrong in that kitchen....
Neither me or my friends want to come back until we hear something had dramatically improved in there.
