“We got ripped off by the hotel on the reservation rate!”

We got ripped off by the hotel on the reservation changed the price and tricked the client to book the hotel from the price of $108 per night then changed to second night to $450+. It is totally ridiculous and not reasonable of the charges by staying this kind of small boutique hotel.

I feel very disappointd on being cheated and tricky immoral advertisement on hotel.com misleading peope to book it.

It stated that $108 then second coloum stated for 3nights $444.
The fact was first night was $108, then seconde night onwards was $444. !!
'
I wish HOTEL DIVA @ Saqn Francisco in hotel.com will do something about it.
