“not happy with service”

bought reg num and with in 5 min reliesed a put onw wrong letter on when i rang to exsplain wsa told once a bought it IT was mine after about a min of trying to exsplain what ad did a got one of the managers to ring me n said it would cost 50 pounds to change it then a rang one of my freinds that sold reg nums n he told me they should not of chared me nothing a could of cancelled anytime from buying the plate so not happy at all
