“Please do not use this company under any circumstances!”

No,No,No, do not under any circumstances use this company as they failed to delivery on the named date requested and when they deliverded the next day,the order was incomplete.

I ordered and paid for red roses,chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco on the 26th of Novemeber to be delivered on the 2nd of December for my Aunt and Uncles Golden wedding.I had felt that this was sufficient time for the order to be sent.As this was the date of the anniversary I did not want the gifts to arrive on any other date!They arrived on the 3rd of December ,without the Prosecco!
I telephoned and emailed the company on several occassions and at no time did any staff member come back to me.On each occassion I telephoned the answer machine told me I was in a queue ,but I gave up after I held on on one call for 18 minutes and left yet another message on their voice mail!

As a customer they have broken their contract with me as they accepted my money but failed to deliver the goods on the date required and did not deliver the complete order.

I am disgusted!! I will be advising all of my family and friends not to use this company.
