Spent most of day arguing with Sainsbury's. Our first attempt at shopping on line. Sainsbury 'phoned to say my wife's card was turned down, so paid on mine. Checked her bank and Sainsbury had taken two payments from it for same delivery. (Plus payment from mine) Order at £83 and they took £99 three times! Still trying to get refund from them. Plus when order came, despite "no substitutes" chosen, several totally wrong items delivered and items not ordered added and charged for. Bank (Halifax) explained how Sainsbury could give instant refund by sending Halifax a Fax. Sainsbury refused to do so. Still trying to get our money back. Awful (lack of) service. "Could not care less" so called customer service. Avoid using these clowns.
