We had booked Haven Perran Sands very last minute and I thought we would get a grotty caravan from what others have said, however the caravan was clean with new carpet and lino and a fantastic sea view. The site is in a briliant location, a quick 10 min walk and you are on an AMAZING huge sandy beach (yes it's a walk uphill back but that's true of most beaches!) Some of it is not what I would choose as a holiday but the kids loved it (they are 3 & 5), swimming, kids club, meeting rory etc. The pool has been totally refurbed so is lovely and clean, and the slide into the pool was a highlight. It is a shame it has had such poor reviews because I would go again - just take it for what it is a bit of seaside fun.
