“Waste of Time”

I ordered 4 Winter tyres from Mytyres and after waiting over a week.
I found out they had only sent 2, After calling them I was only offered a refund for 2 of the tyres, We are still waiting to see if will ever be able to get a refund for all the tyres we ordered.
