On the one occasion that I have had to use my breakdown insurance the service was excellent. The lady who took my call was reassuring and soon had a recovery vehicle with me. The recovery operative was first class. Excellent value for money.
My gripe is the renewal system!!!! I received a reminder (no problem) and phoned to renew my policy (no problem) and received the renewal confirmation. Since then I have had countless e-mails reminding me that my policy is due for renewal on October 17th 2015. I have phoned and told them the computerised renewal system is faulty, but still the reminders come. I have e-mailed and told them the computerised renewal system has a fault and had NO RESPONSE. I am so frustrated with Insurance Choice that I will pay more and go elsewhere, rather than have this continual hassle.
