I ordered a birthday gift for my niece mid November in plenty of time for her birthday or so I thought! I was informed by email that it had been dispatched 2 days later. It didn't aririve. It is now December- it still has not arrived. I have received numerous emails from their so called "Customer Services " with various excuses for the non delivery of my order. Including a "glitch " at the warehouse & subsequent delivery to the wrong address.
Last week I was assured my order would be given the "utmost priority " & would be despatched immediately. Still haven't received it. This week an email informs me I will receive it "next week" from yet another member of the White company customer services staff . Will NEVER use the White company again- good luck anyone else who does. They are RUBBISH
